He was actually 45 minutes early, which luckily worked out because I was out and about and came home early. If I didn't come back early, he would've been waiting quite a while. He did text that he was coming early (which I missed), but not until the last minute. It would have been nice to know he was coming earlier the day before, so I could make plans. Anyway, but like I said it worked out, and he did the job in 1.5 hours instead of the scheduled 2.5 - quick work. Brakes don't squeak anymore, and that's a good thing.

Simon diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was easy to deal with, professional, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.
