2002 Honda Accord 142,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

DAN WAS A VERY NICE AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT MECHANIC. THE APPOINTMENT SAID IT WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR TO COMPLETE, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS QUICK. DAN MANAGE TO GET MY WHEEL BEARING REPLACED ON MY REAR DRIVER'S SIDE IN LESS THAN A HOUR. HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT I HAD A WARRANTY (WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW, THANK YOU FOR THAT DAN!) AND THAT I SHOULD FILE A CLAIM BECAUSE THE SPEED BUMPS IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX MAY BE THE CAUSE THAT MY WHEEL BEARING WAS LOOSE AND WORN OUT. DAN GAVE ME A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHICH IS FUNNY CONSIDERING HE JUST FIXED MY WHEEL. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

Joseph was great! When I told him what was wrong with our car he instantly had an idea of what was wrong. He quickly did the inspection and credited our inspection toward the repair.

Amazing! I love the fact that he showed up early, that's always a plus in my book. He troubleshooted the issue until pinpointing exactly what was wrong. Brett also allowed me to ask questions and told me what he was doing/trying to find out. I appreciate his ability to work quickly and thoroughly to discover what the issue was.
