Robert was punctual with time (infact arrived 15 minutes early) and started inspecting the car and taking photos. I had the appointment schedule for some fluid changes. Based on the condition of the fluids, he recommended that one of the fluids did not require a full flushing out, so he took about an hour off the labor cost for this service, I appreciate that and was done very quickly. He also summarized the overall condition of the car after that. Apart from all that, I noticed that he wasn't wearing a mask. But he maintained the other social distancing protocols.

Jose went over and above the call of duty. He was on time, Fast, efficient and his customer service skills are excellent. It will be a long time before I actually take my car to a shop. I will call Jose!

He was actually 45 minutes early, which luckily worked out because I was out and about and came home early. If I didn't come back early, he would've been waiting quite a while. He did text that he was coming early (which I missed), but not until the last minute. It would have been nice to know he was coming earlier the day before, so I could make plans. Anyway, but like I said it worked out, and he did the job in 1.5 hours instead of the scheduled 2.5 - quick work. Brakes don't squeak anymore, and that's a good thing.
