My car wouldn't start, but all the electrical stuff was working. He came to my house the same day within a couple hours of me scheduling. Listened to my troubleshooting attempts and basically diagnosed the problem from just looking. He put the machine on to confirm it was the battery. He went and purchased the battery & filter, replaced them and had my car running in no time!

John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction of the service provided! He answered any and all questions I had and did an awesome job. Most times I cringe at the thought of having to get something fixed on the car and what type of experience it will be but this was a great experience. I didn't think I would be able to get my power steering pump replaced at a reasonable cost until I found "yourmechanic". The dealership wanted to charge tons more. But John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He is great at what he does and we would definitely use him again.

It was a pleasure to meet Paul today. He quickly diagnosed my problem and took time to make sure I understood it completely along with the quote. He even was a few minutes early!
