1996 Honda Accord 101,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was very happy with the service quality received from Chris, who replaced the rear brake pads on my 2014 Honda Accord. Two shops had separately told me that I needed new rotors as well, but Chris advised that the rotors were in good shape and was unnecessary to replace these, which I appreciated his honesty on, not to mention this saving me a good few bucks. The scheduling did not go smoothly on the job as rain on my initial appointment meant this needed to be rescheduled several times, as the parts were also difficult to Chris to source over the new year break. However, Chris worked with me on accommodating the job as soon as possible in his schedule after I sourced/obtained the parts myself. All in all, very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Chris for further automotive work.

Travis attended to my car as if it was his. He is friendly, patient and explained all the steps of the diagnosis to me. He was more than a tech, and took time to give me some friendly feedback and recommendations. Thank you Travis!
