2004 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Andrew arrived on time and listened to the issue going on with my truck. He immediately went about confirming my suspicions of the battery cables being corroded or damaged by checking the voltage at the battery and then at the starter. He thoroughly cleaned the terminal ends which prompted the engine to engage, but not quite start. He then suggested I pressurize the fuel pump and showed me what to do, which then allowed the vehicle to start right away. He then performed a further check of the engine fluids and made recommendations of what to address next. He was very easy going, polite, professional and competent in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.

Claud came right out and was very friendly and detailed about the inspection he gave my vehicle. He also provided a number of ways and recommendations for the future health of my vehicle. It was a fantastic experience!
