Andrew showed up as scheduled and knocked out the repair in great time. When the new belt sounded horrible, he said the belt tensioner was probably bad and may have been what caused the belt to wear out. He called YM and they got a new belt tensioner ready at the local part store. Andrew went to the store, returned w the part and got it installed... no noise! WooHoo! (The old one was totally worn out) Success!! Thanks for your help and expertise Andrew!

Replaced a tie rod for me and gave me so e recommendations for further suspension maintenance. Very friendly and great communication. Unfortunately though he said that there would be notes from what went wrong (seized suspension bolt or something), on the service report, but it's not on there. Possibly your mechanic.com's website fault.
