2003 GMC Savana 2500 142,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Nicholas was on time, professional and courteous. This was my first experience using a mobile mechanic. I'm definitely reaching out to Nicholas and Your Mechanic when needed and I recommend them. It was so convenient having a mechanic come to the house. Also, it was half the cost of going to a dealership.

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.
