Very knowledgeable, quick fix , real deal straight to the point . No over charging . On time ,earlier than the appointment time, very pleased ,she's a different breed of mechanic, no hassle no bs....... i will definetly use this company and I will have her as my personal mechanic. Shes a trooper.

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.
