Not to often that you find a mechanic that’s completely honest and doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting taken advantage of. Andrew was professional and communications effectively in terms that I was able to understand. Great experience

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.

Did a great job, arrived on time and was able to complete service in an efficient and timely manner . Also explained what to expect from new brake pads.
