Tabitha is everything you want in a mechanic. She was on time and professional. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She replaced a defective starter that she previously installed last week. She saw my note on the non-start engine and took the initiative to get another starter on her way to the appointment. Her hunch was correct that the previous starter was defective and installed the new one in under an hour! Great job!
