Junard did a great job switching out the water pump on the 2003 Focus. The tight engine bay did not make it easy for him. He was thorough in making sure there were no coolant leaks or circulation problems and that all belts were tight and did not squeak. Great service and saved me 200 dollars compared to other shops. Once again a very difficult job considering the engine layout.

Mr. Brian explained in every detail how the front end system worked. And why I was getting the results I was getting .VS the new product and it's mechanicism. The workmanship after. Excellent working order. Steer became easier n why alignment is necessary as the next step. I rate Mr. Brian as 5 and beyond. He is great with customers.
