We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. Daniel did a complete inspection and determined there was some type of mechanical failure inside my engine (possibly the timing chain or worn piston rings). Gave me all the information I needed to move forward in getting the necessary engine repairs. I highly recommend him.
