2019 Ford Transit Connect 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Nolan, arrived early and worked on my daughters van, made sure everything was good to go for her road trip. I cannot express my gratitude for being thorough in serving her vehicle. Now this mom can rest assure it will take her unfortunately 15 hours away from home. Nolan also advised on how to take down the spare tire and what part was needed (on order). I also took his advice on making sure she was safe in adding puck locks. Once again I think Nolan went beyond what I expected. Thank you!

Robert was terrific as expected. This is our second time using Your Mechanic and Robert specifically. We've got a gaurentee on his work and I have no doubt we will not need to use it. I had spent over 1500$ for valve cover gaskets, an oil change, some much needed electrical work and the shop I hired, did almost nothing, sent the vehicle home running worse than when I took it. Robert came out and fixed all the things this shop did incorrectly, like having to completely re-do the valve cover gaskets. The power steering pump is working great ! I didn't realize how bad the one I had was actually getting. When I test drove it, it was like a new vehicle again. Thank you Robert, and thank you Your Mechanic.
