2013 Ford Transit Connect 7,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Daniel was great. He was early which is better than being on time. He was knowledgeable and patient. After going thru the basic checks and the problem still wasn't clear, he started checking other components. Only then is when he realized my issue was electrical. Although, he wasn't able to fix on the spot I am now able to inform another mechanic what's going on.

Corey was punctual, made me feel at ease, and went out of his way to make sure I had all of the information to make a decision. Unfortunately, my vehicle was not able to be fixed as it ultimately was out of their scope of service. Its hard to argue with their decision as I don't expect them to be able to change out a transmission in my driveway. I would use them again and will recommend to all of my friends.

Luis was prompt and ready to go as soon as he got here. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement part, went and got said part, and completed repairs within a very reasonable timeframe. He was professional and friendly and very helpful - thank you Luis!!
