I needed an estimate of what my car needed for repairs. Mr. Shaw was assigned to that evaluation. He was prompt and courteous. He proceeded to make his evaluation while explaining along the way what he found wrong and why it occurred. He then ordered the parts after quoting the price for the repairs. My approval was needed and afterward, I then made an appointment at MY convenience online... in fact, I choose him as my mechanic to do the repairs over other mechanics that had times available based upon my first impression.

John was great. He arrived on time and took the time to explain that since the wrong engine type was put onto the questionnaire that he would prefer to not put the alternator that he brought just in case it didn’t go with that engine. He was able to rearrange some appointments and still fix my car in the same day and that was very appreciated

Christian was AMAZING! For my first time to try Your Mechanic, he was the perfect mechanic. He even taught me a few things I didn't know about my vehicle.
