Mr. Smith was very knowledgeable with the mechanics of my automobile, he was prompt. Basically I've recommended his/your services to all out Veterans living at this facility and sisters who live Northwest in need of a professional auto business and believe me I've had some horrible expediencies when it comes to Good Auto Mechanics, Two Thumbs Up!!!!!!!!!!!

Was on time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. After driving the car around for an hour I checked the fluid and it was 2 qts low. Wonder if the engine was running when he checked the fluid.

Travis did a great job! The problem with my car was a bit mysterious and had completely stumped another mechanic we hired but Travis was determined to throw everything he had at it until he figured it out and fixed the problem. He's also honest. He bought a part for my car that turned out to be unnecessary and was very clear that he wouldn't be charging me for it. He spent 3 hours working on my car and only charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. He never left or took a break the whole time he was working on my car. I will definitely be calling Travis the next time my old Ford breaks down!
