He arrived on time, reviewed the problem. We needed an additional part. He advised us exactly what we needed and the price. We went online and rescheduled with Andrew for the next Sat. He did charge $70 for the appointment where nothing could be completed but they credited half of that to the 2nd appt. Better than any shop I've ever been to. He prevented an expensive tow. We were quite satisfied with the process and will definitely use MyMechanic again. I think they should add more mechanics to Kansas City as they fill up so fast.

William showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant to talk to. He explained what he was doing. Asked him what SUV he would recommend. He said any of the mechanics could even go and do a 125 point inspection on a vehicle I may be thinking of buying in the future which I thought was great. He is fantastic. Will definitely use William again for any car repairs.
