Arrived early, was attentive to my description of issue and immediately went into action. Explained the reality of the issue very clearly and explained what to be aware of and how to prevent the issue from recurring. Was also very patient and answered all my questions clearly. Car is now running nicely!

He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all.
