2012 Ford Mustang 110,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using YourMechanic and I am highly satisfied. Patrick was right on schedule. He was personable and knowledgeable as he had to explain to me that I had ordered the incorrect parts for my vehicle install and suggested some other options I could have gone with to prevent the mistake. He only charged me for the little work he had already started on before finding out about the incorrect parts I had ordered. I'm just looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic I can trust and Patrick made a great first impression and I plan on scheduling with him again once I have the correct parts delivered.

Jason was on time and honest. It turned out the problem with the car was misdiagnosed by another mechanic. Jason, by no fault of his, was not able to repair the car. He old us the problem and it is a job your mechanic does not provide.

My Appointment was Scheduled for 3:45 PM but one of his appointments canceled and as a courtesy he called me and asked could he come and have my appointment Done Earlier and I said yes. And as usual Raymond explain things and Always makes sure his work is done right And gives me tips on which thing I should tackle next in regards to maintenance.
