Genaro came for an inspection for my front door and was on time, but incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my car. He had said it was a pin or some sort of mechanism connected to the handle. I ended up paying for a front door fix based on his recommendation and the problem with my door returned, so I had to ask for another mechanic to come out and he correctly diagnosed the issue as a door latch problem. Based on this experience, I don't know if I'd recommend him for any future work.
