John diagnosed the problem and the parts issue quickly, but had to wait for the right part to be delivered. During this process, he stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date with the situation, which I appreciated. When the right part was finally delivered, John showed up early, got the work done in a timely manner, and apologized for the experience (which wasn't his fault). Dealing with John was very satisfying and I would ask for him again to take care of my auto needs.
