Travis was on time (early) He was very honest about what it might cost for repairs vs. getting rid of it. Sold it the next day and now I'm driving a 2008 Jeep Liberty and loving it. Thanks, Travis. 

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! Jeffrey was very efficient and knowledgeable and willingly shared helpful information about the vehicle. It was a rainy day whiched caused him to be a little late for the appointment but he communicated that well in advance so I could use that time instead of just waiting around for him. He was polite and courteous and I will definitely use him again.
