Scott was great! Really friendly, on time, and went above and beyond with advice (currently restoring the car and he answered a ton of my questions) and even gave me a few bolts I was missing. My brakes will need some extra repair beyond what I scheduled and he took the time to explain what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. I'll be specifically requesting him in the future! Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Not too certain about their overall assessment, and me knowing for sure a few items listed were NOT the issue, I took my vehicle back and tried YourMechanic for the first time.. Faraz came to diagnose, and zeroed in on the problem FAST. (And the problem Faraz identified wasn’t even listed on the estimate from the dealership!)
