This is the first time I experienced calling a home service auto mechanic. Your company, YourMechanic, is exemplary as represented by Alberto, who called me up to book this job. Derrick, the mechanic who came, is proficient in his trade and provided me with excellent service. He is knowledgeable and communicates very well. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Not too certain about their overall assessment, and me knowing for sure a few items listed were NOT the issue, I took my vehicle back and tried YourMechanic for the first time.. Faraz came to diagnose, and zeroed in on the problem FAST. (And the problem Faraz identified wasn’t even listed on the estimate from the dealership!) Next day, he came to repair the problem and did it in less than an hour! All in all, going with Faraz cost me under 300 bucks TOTAL. And I’m back in business! Thanks Faraz.
