2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty 102,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Tinashe is excellent. I have used him before on my VW Jetta tdi. This time he changed the oil and filter on my f250. He arrived early and worked quickly. I will use his services in the future too.

Duy was assigned to our repair order and was hired to replace a radiator, hoses, overflow reservoir and thermostat. He showed up with an assistant and they were able to do all the work in an hour and a half which we thought was very fast. All looked good, however, he didn’t tighten a fitting and our truck couldn’t be driven until it was properly fixed. He failed to return texts and did not show for an appointment so we opened a claim with Your Mechanic and they sent another tech who diagnosed and fixed it quickly at no cost to us. Hi his work seems good but, I knocked off a couple stars for his sloppiness and failure to double check his work.

Mazyar is the best mechanic I have had! I’ve had a lot. What makes him so special is the fact that he did the job right! He didn’t cause problems and was completely honest with me. His 50 point inspection revealed all issues that I needed to fix and I knew that he was the one I wanted to do it. His is very nice and courteous and very funny! He is also very timely and got the job done within the expected amount of time. You won’t go wrong trusting him with your car.
