Excellent Service from Jimmi today. He was courteous and very knowledgable. He knew exactly what the problem was. He managed to order the parts and install within 48 hours of diagnosis. The job has also come with a 12 month warranty. It's great that this is all done within the comfort of my own home and not having to travel a distance to a dealership and waiting in their waiting room for hours on end! I really felt like Timothy did a good job. It seemed like there was a mixup regarding parts- he called asking me if I had the parts before the job. He said there was trouble with yourmechanic/wrench, which had told him the parts were already with me. At any rate, the appointment started two hours late, but once he was here, he did an outstanding job.

Terry was awesome! He noticed my lug nuts were swollen and before doing my tire rotation he went to an auto store to see if they had any in stock. I really appreciate the effort he made to make sure my car was in the best condition. I would definitely book him again!
