1991 Ford Explorer 24,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Walter did a great time fixing my truck, he finished what he started and I appreciate him not giving up on a very technical job. I will recommend him to my family and friends as well as my for my future mechanical issues. Walter took care of me, tell him my door is fixed and had no problem after his hard efforts!

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time. This was my first time using "Your Mechanic" service, and I will be using this service on all of my service trucks. I actually had two of my trucks serviced by Brian Wolff today. Brian did a great job he wasn't pushy at all but mentioned that two belts on one of my trucks will be needing attention, a brake light was out, and recommended replacing the windshield wipers on the trucks I liked that he called as well as text me about heading my way with his ETA I like that "My Mechanic" came to my door, and I was not wasting my Saturday sitting in a long inline in an "Oil & Lube" shop parking, lot or sitting in a lobby smelling burnt coffee;-( Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me!!!
