1995 Ford Explorer 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

The experience was great. I made the appointment, my mechanic was there on time. He found the problem which was an easy fix. Got it done and was on his way in about an hour.

First time using your mechanic. I was skeptical at first due to I'm used to going to the shops but it's convenient when you're always working and don't have that time. A mechanic comes to you and you're one on one instead of siting in the waiting room trying to figure out what they're doing to your car. I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. So far my rating is five stars for Kenneth, he has patience, knowledge and takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and has no problems answering your car questions. Theodore is the best!. Thought I had a masseter cylinder issue. Turnout to be a hose problem. H fixed and gave me an idea of other potential issue's that a common for high mileage cars like mine - but no pressure. He was courteous and professional. I will be calling on him for future repairs and will recommend him to everyone.
