Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

Took my car to a service chain for oil change and tire rotation, after service was completed, mechanic said he noticed I needed a new valve cover gasket.... for $625!! Rodney showed up on time, got right down to work and finished when he said he would. While he was here, I cleaned house a little, read a book and took a nap. Twenty minutes after I woke up, Rodney finished the job. I got the valve cover gasket, front and rear shock absorbers for $510...for 3 jobs...$115 less than the 1 job the chain quoted!!! Unbelievable!! I will only be using this service from now on. And, if available, Rodney too.
