2003 Ford Expedition 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Alex came out and quickly identified a vacuum leak on my Ford Expedition while I was at work. He was very professional, informative, and helpful on the phone. After I fixed the vacuum leak myself, Alex continued to make himself available via text to give me very helpful advice on a number of misfire codes that appeared after I fixed the leak. He was in no way obligated to continue advising and helping me, but kindly did so and I am tremendously grateful! Thank you, Alex. You made my day. Joseph assessed the problem quickly and even “whispered” the car into starting. It was so nice to Not have to tow our car to find out what was wrong with it. It was also a plus to actually speak with the mechanic and understand a bit more about the car.
