Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

Great service again from Dellanos! It was going to rain the day of our appointment and he was ahead of it and called with recommendation to move the appointment up. I made the call to rescheudle for the next day and he was prompt and quick with his service. he was very helpful and answered my questions as I'm still learning about car maintenance and he has been patient and helpful both times. I would highly recommend. He worked on my Ford Fusion and did great work!

Excellent Service by a very polite nice individual. Right on time and efficient service, Will use this service again and was very impressed. This service should be very helpful to many in The Villages as people here are mostly retired and this is much easier than taking car to dealer for service.
