Chris arrived on time and quickly wen to work fixing the problem. He was very friendly and personable. We chatted while he worked. He explained everything he was doing to my van. After he was finished he took photos of the work and waited till I test drove my vehicle to make sure all was well. I enjoyed the visit and would welcome him again.

Nestor came out to fix an issue with a Gas Cap light remaining on. He did a good job setting expectations and when the issue turned required an additional part, he returned promptly so that there was only minor inconvenience. and made things fair for the additional wait time.
