Jay arrived to the appointment early and called me that he arrived and immediately started getting his tools ready to begin the work. He listened to the symptoms my car was having and then proceeded to do the job which was requested. He let me know how long it would take and kept in contact with me. He told me exactly what he did and even answered other questions I may have regarding other issues with the vehicle. Of course, he told me to book an appointment for an inspection of the other questionable problems I may or may not have, but my clutch is now operating as it should and I got a great mechanic at a great price with great service.
