very prompt & knowledgable and accomodating,did a good job with serpentine belt replacement but then found faulty compressor unit which caused original belt failure but belt had been worn very much account 116000 miles on it,time for a change anyway!Thanks.

Lavell was wonderful to work with, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and he was prompt and professional from the start. I initially booked an appointment to assess my check engine light, and he went above and beyond in not only diagnosing that issue, but also diagnosing an entirely separate issue that had to do with my coolant hoses. He worked with me to determine a schedule of repairs that would work within my budget, and also identify those services/repairs I could safely delay for the time being.
