Jay arrived to the appointment early and called me that he arrived and immediately started getting his tools ready to begin the work. He listened to the symptoms my car was having and then proceeded to do the job which was requested. He let me know how long it would take and kept in contact with me. Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !
