Raymond was good and I'm glad I got him in the end, but I had a terrible time dealing with the company. Another mechanic cancelled at the last minute, then completely no-showed when they rescheduled him. So, Kyle, the no-show was HORRIBLE. But, Raymond came through and was even early to my appointment, which was very much appreciated!
