He did a great job and did it in a timely manner. After fixing what I thought was the problem based on the codes, he recommended what he thought was the root of the issue and quoted it. He did say I'd be alright for a while based on the work he did. Its discouraging to know you paid to repair your car and the root not be fixed but that was no fault of his. He is knowledgeable, prompt and upfront. A little advice on the overall experience, get a diagnosis through your mechanic instead of booking repairs based off the codes. That way you can refer back to the guarentee of work done through the service. That said, Jay was exceptional.

Very informative. Made sure I understood each step before it was taken. He was very understanding about a mistake I made and went out of his way to reschedule as soon as possible, even though evening time had to have made it hard for him to see.

Matt was a total Pro... as always. I can't imagine taking my car to a dealer since he came along. He got my boy's car on the road after fixing several problems over a couple weeks. Excellent job!! A+++++ again.
