This is my first time using this service and I am very happy on the outcome. Nolan had clear communication with the service that I had needed. Before my appointment he had messaged me to ask if I needed a replacement or seal done. The day before my appointment he messaged me saying he had all the parts needed and told me the exact time he was going to be at my house. The quoted time was correct. After Nolan had replaced the part he walked me through what he had done, and told me all the pictures would be uploaded onto the website along with any comments he found. It's very hard going to a mechanic as a woman as most mechanics will talk down to us but I did not have this experience with Nolan. Nolan talked to me with respect and went above and beyond. I wish every mechanic was as nice as Nolan.

He was a 1:45 late because of trouble with a BMW appointment before mine. He did call and let me know he was delayed. It was no issue as I was at work and not going anywhere. He got right to work and fixed the thermostat which was much more involved than I wanted to do. Observed him for a good 30 minutes, he didn't have to look anything up, knew exactly what to do, had the tools to do it, and got it done. He didn't leave a mess in the parking lot either.
