Took my car to a service chain for oil change and tire rotation, after service was completed, mechanic said he noticed I needed a new valve cover gasket.... for $625!! Went home and found YOURMECHANIC.COM. Free quotes online, book your appointment and they send a certified mechanic with a 1year/12,000 mile warranty on their work...to your home!! Rodney showed up on time, got right down to work and finished when he said he would. While he was here, I cleaned house a little, read a book and took a nap. Twenty minutes after I woke up, Rodney finished the job. I got the valve cover gasket, front and rear shock absorbers for $510...for 3 jobs...$115 less than the 1 job the chain quoted!!! Unbelievable!! I will only be using this service from now on. And, if available, Rodney too.

Gus showed up early and got right to work, under an umbrella due to pouring rain. He completed the work quickly and answered all my questions. His inspection of the rest of the vehicle was informative and helped me plan out future repairs. I will excuse the fact he did not bring breakfast since he completed the repairs in a down pour lol . Gus is fantastic and will use him from now on.
