Jay arrived on time, quickly saw that I had misunderstood the nature of the needed repair, got the necessary part and completed the repair. The repair worked, my van was left clean, and I was a happy guy. From emailing in the appointment on Saturday morning to getting the repair Implemented on Monday morning, without needing to have the vehicle towed, it was the ultimate in convenience. Very efficient & thorough. Kept me well inform on what was expected to be done. Had parts with him when he arrived. He was on time & informative on his arrival time. Did job he was able to do & informed me when other parts were required & what type of part I needed to complete the job. He got right to work upon arrival & cleaned up when finished. Needed better referral information for other parts.otherwise, I was completely happy with his service. His rate was a little high, yet I don't have a estimation of cost except from one other service. This was the 2nd time I had Graham do work on my vehicles. As like before he was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job was completed. Will definitely use him in the future.
