I was a upset at the start of my appointment because John was running late due to some issues out of his control with other customers, which is understandable albeit frustrating. However, John went above and beyond to make this right, not only by the jobs I asked for done in a timely manner, but also by fixing a few other small things to show how apologetic he was for the delay. John earned this 5 star review, and I am so happy with his work that the deay doesn’t even matter. Thank you John, I will request you next time!

Duy showed up on time and was personable and knowledgeable. When a serious and unexpected problem came up while repairing my vehicle, he knew what to do and addressed it and fixed it quickly (I think that comes from his U.S. Army service). He's good at what he does and he enjoys his work. I recommend him. ===gary
