2002 Ford E-250 Econoline 100,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

First time using your mechanic. I was skeptical at first due to I'm used to going to the shops but it's convenient when you're always working and don't have that time. A mechanic comes to you and you're one on one instead of siting in the waiting room trying to figure out what they're doing to your car. I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. So far my rating is five stars for Kenneth, he has patience, knowledge and takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and has no problems answering your car questions.
