2005 Ford E-150 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Andrew found out the real issue with my vehicle after it was misdiagnosed. He also was very thorough in explaining the issue to me as far as which parts I needed, how it needs to be assembled, etc. I appreciated the extra effort and time he put in to get my car running again and giving me an accurate diagnosis. Andy arrived right on time and greeted me in a friendly manner. He then put his mask on before proceeding. Andy did his check in, then asked me about my vehicle issues. I explained what had been happening. He began his investigation. Within minutes he had identified 2 issues. We discussed both of them.

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time.
