Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo. I would definitely recommend him for Your vehicles service.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Not too certain about their overall assessment, and me knowing for sure a few items listed were NOT the issue, I took my vehicle back and tried YourMechanic for the first time.. Faraz came to diagnose, and zeroed in on the problem FAST. (And the problem Faraz identified wasn’t even listed on the estimate from the dealership!) Next day, he came to repair the problem and did it in less than an hour! All in all, going with Faraz cost me under 300 bucks TOTAL. And I’m back in business! Thanks Faraz. No exaggeration; This is the most positive experience with/of a mechanic I’ve ever had. 
