2002 Ford Crown Victoria 99,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First time using this service and boy was I impressed! I saved money by not having to go to a dealer and I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home! My serve tech Patrick arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Patrick was able to save me even more money on parts included on quote but actually not needed. That's a plus when your on a tight budget. After the work was complete and Patrick left, I took my SUV for a long ride. It runs perfect! My gas mileage went from 13.9 MPG to 22.9 MPG! I couldn't be happier! Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo. I would definitely recommend him for Your vehicles service.
