Scott was prompt, inspected the vehicle to confirm my previous diagnosis, called me to the vehicle to show me the issue (knock sensor wire chewed by rodent), replaced everything necessary (Thanks FORD for putting not one but two knock sensors under the intake) and completed the project as expected.
