Arrived early, was attentive to my description of issue and immediately went into action. Explained the reality of the issue very clearly and explained what to be aware of and how to prevent the issue from recurring. Was also very patient and answered all my questions clearly. Chris arrived on time and quickly wen to work fixing the problem. He was very friendly and personable. We chatted while he worked. He explained everything he was doing to my van. After he was finished he took photos of the work and waited till I test drove my vehicle to make sure all was well. I enjoyed the visit and would welcome him again.

Sebastian was absolutely amazing. Friendly, efficient and professional. My appointment was at 4pm, he called me early in the afternoon, introduced himself and said that he was able to come earlier if I was available. Sebastian had my alternator replaced in one hour.
