Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great . This was the first time I used a mobile mechanic and it was much more satisfying than going to the dealer which I had to do 2 weeks ago for my car. I will no longer do that. The initial diagnosis was $207 which was not necessary because I told them what was wrong and they turned around and told me what I told them! So I was more than pleased with Mike.
