For my first experience/service with Your Mechanic dotcom, I have been very fortunate to be helped by Efrain. Not only is he an experienced mechanic (both commercial and private vehicle experience), but a service provider who can be both professional and personable, putting you at ease right away with his expertise, patience, thoroughness, and friendly 'can do' work ethic. I knew I had the right mechanic when we both shared a passion for European "hot hatch" cars (Fiat 500 Abarth, VW Beetle and GTI, etc). His initial investigation of the manual gear shifter issue was efficient yet thorough. When he returned for the scheduled service, I really appreciated that he accommodated my interest to learn more about the car and fixing the issue, as I was able to learn from him while he was working -- Efrain is a natural teacher and instructor! I was also impressed with his time management skills -- he has always arrived early to the appointments and finished quickly and efficiently (before expected time-frame).
